PEDIATRIC OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST NEEDED!

A growing pediatric therapy practice is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join a collaborative team in Sioux Falls, SD . Whether you're a new grad or experienced clinician, if you're passionate, self-aware, and ready to grow in a supportive, flexible environment—you’ll fit right in.

Choose Your Hours
Work anywhere from 32 to 40 hours/week based on your preferences. You’re considered full-time and eligible for benefits as long as you average 60% productivity during each pay period.

Competitive Compensation

• $66–$85k/year , depending on experience, productivity, and hours
• Clock-in / clock-out model —get paid for all your work hours!
• Bonuses available at 70% and 75% productivity!
• Driving time and team meetings count toward productivity bonus

Variety of Settings
Work with kids in their natural environment as well as in the clinic. Take a midday moment to recharge or complete documentation!

Low Burnout Model

• Most sessions are 60 minutes, with fewer kids per day
• Majority of clients are ages 2–8, with some teens
• Bi-weekly 1:1 check-ins, a weekly team meeting (learning + fun), and plenty of positivity!
• Focus areas include sensory, fine motor, regulation, and feeding
• You’ll see 70–80% clinic-based clients , with the rest in daycares or homes
• Opportunities to work in a preschool setting if desired

Team Support

• A clinical lead provides support with documentation and observations
• Admin handles intake and scheduling—therapists keep control of their caseload
• Collaborative, growing team across multiple disciplines!

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in South Dakota
• Passion for pediatrics
• Open to working in multiple settings (clinic, daycare, home)
• Self-starter with a growth mindset
• Open to feedback, eager to learn and contribute
• Open to new grads or those switching from adult care— mentorship is provided!
