Job Title: Junior ServiceNow Developer
Location: Remote
Contract Duration: 12 months (2,080 hours)
Position Overview:
"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking Junior ServiceNow Developer for an exciting Remote role .
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance PSDS scoped applications and ServiceNow platform modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, IRM, and SPM.
Build and maintain system integrations, perform unit testing, and support technical documentation.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, delivering incremental improvements in alignment with platform standards and best practices.
Support configuration, scripting, and change management activities to ensure platform stability and compliance.
Qualifications & Experience:
Fundamental ServiceNow development and scripting skills; exposure to PSDS preferred.
Familiarity with HAM Pro, SAM, and core ServiceNow modules.
Experience in public-sector environments and participation in Agile/Scrum processes.
Typically 3–5 years of overall ServiceNow experience; must demonstrate module-level contributions.
Certifications (Preferred):
Progress toward CAD, CIS, or equivalent ServiceNow coursework is advantageous.
